Frederick L. Hay, 59, of 188 County Road, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Todd A. Porter, 32, of 20 Pheasant Hill Drive, Enfield, Conn., was held without right to bail pending a pretrial detention hearing on Sept. 20 after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Ashley E. Rising, 29, of 10 Washington St., was held in lieu of $50 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge Possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Leopoldo Loja, 23, of 33 Coomes St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
