David E. Jackman, 43, of 264 Huntington Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Eric A. Berrios, 18, of 4 Crown St., was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $150.
Craig Jangigian, 18, of 25 Hawthorne St., Belmont, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by Westfield State University police dismissed by the court.
Boyd Norman, 38, of 14 Klondike Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 15 hearings when he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery on a child with injury brought as separate cases by Westfield police.
Waleska Rivera, 28, of 31 Frederick St., was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. He was found to be not responsible for charges of transporting a child 8-12 years-of-age or more than 57 inches tall without a seatbelt and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police.
Ashley E. Rising, 29, of 10 Washington St., pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class E drug and was sentenced to a 123 day term in the house of correction.
Annmarie Bouchard, 45, of 92 S. Maple St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 6 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of distribution of a Class B brought by Westfield police.
