, 51, of 7 Rocky Brook Drive, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not possessing a license and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Russell State Police.
Kiara C. Hernandez, 23, of 182 Nursery St., B16, Springfield, received six months probation and ordered to pay $300 in restitution after charges of larceny over $250 and receiving improper credit card over $250 were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
Robert E. Brodeur, 1985, of 1 Kline Road, Southwick, received two years probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to attend a 14-day inpatient/outpatient counseling/aftercare program, received a 2-year loss of license and fined $1,050 after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor amended to second or subsequent offense, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Brandon Broga, 34, of 11 Blandford Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failing to notify RMV of name/address change and not possessing a license, brought by Russell State Police.
Missy C. Stoddard, 34, of 82 W. Silver St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and not possessing a license, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony Bushey, 31, of 50 Alvord Ave., 3rd Fl, Chicopee, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed.
Angel L. Vazquez-Rivera, 32, of 51 Bowers St., Apt. 4L, Holyoke, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Antonio B. Bottone, 20, of 12 Gold St., had charges of two counts of possessing a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed and had separate charges of possessing a Class B drug, possessing a Class C drug and two counts of possession to distribute a Class D drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after a motion to suppress was allowed in both cases.
