Jonathan M. Echevarria, 22, of 890 E. Walnut St., Vineland, N.J., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Michelle Raymond, 45, of 211 Little River Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Joel W. Gauthier, 29, of 8 Dalton St., Wilbraham, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Anthony E. Williams, 28, of 8 Cycle St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Mark J. Gilmore, 37, of 967 Huntington Road, Worthington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of failure to register as a level three sex offender brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Jeremy T. Patten-Bennett, 24, of 4 Phelps Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield at an intersection brought by Westfield police.
Carlos M. Dejesus, 17, of 131 Meadows St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property and a miscellaneous statutory violation brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to perform 25 hours of community service.
Elaina M. Richter, 32, of 1144 Elm St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $177 in restitution.
