Heidi Kogut, 32, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Marlene M. Gonzalez, 31, of 134 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Brandon W. Sheck, 20, of 199 Washington St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Sean McKeon, 21, of 58 Fairway Lane, Foxborough, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Brittany M. Callahan, 18, of 28 Russell Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $300. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Jullian Santiago, 21, of 21 Chapel St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay addition court fees of $225.
Michael K. Morris, 54, of 677 Main Road, Granville, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Agawam police and was assessed $100.
Scott G. Gogal, 45, of 35 Goss Hill Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.
Diana Hunter, 29, of 7 Nicholson Hill Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Jason D. Hannum, 23, of 4 Columbia St., was held in lieu of $200 cash bail pending an Oct. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
