Kristina Foley, 29, of 11 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Agawam police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50.
Ian M. Parent, 27, of 116 Belmont Ave., Springfield, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Barry D. Blaisdell, 64, of 2650 Ceanothus Ave., Chico, Calif., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Jessica Eger, 22, of 80 Robinson Road, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $340.
Michael A. Raneri, 22, of 10 Avery St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of defacing property brought by Westfield police.
Kelly M. Gustafson, 28, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Danielle A. Collette, 25, of 10 Judith St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $100, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Brendan P. Connelly, 25, of 403 Russell Road, Sunderland, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting property valued more than $100 by asportation and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Liam P. Morrissey, 17, of 174 S. Loomis St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Ryan E. Humason, 32, of 80 Union Street, saw charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a change of name or address brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Dorothy Ann Tacloff, 58, of 37 Taylor Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed.
