Jessica Bekech, 35, of 4 Linden Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield brought by State Police and was assessed $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed.
Emily E. Grimm, 32, of 11 Main St., Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled and five charges of uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Sarah B. Paradis, 23, of 17 Maple St., was released, pending Nov. 7 hearings, on $100 cash bail on each of three charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought as separate cases by Westfield police.
David L. Mahar, 42, of 193 East St., Ludlow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself brought by Westfield police.
