Karissa L. Beaudry, 21, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment protective hearing brought by Westfield Police.

Monday, Sept. 10, 2012
Luis A. Plana, 25, of 43 Cass St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Michon, 20, of 49 King St., was released on $200 cash bail pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of fireworks and a drug violation near a school or park brought by Westfield police.
Aime L. Flagg, 25, of 110 Middlefield Road, Chester, saw twelve charges of identity fraud, five charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and a charge larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme dismissed after she was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
Adam Conrad, 22, of 130 North Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012
Gregory E. Hefty, 32, of 6 Belmont St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield Police.
Adam S. Abrahams, 20. Of 38 Thomas St., was found to be responsible for a charge being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
John Chapman, 37, of 15 Lincoln St, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license (a subsequent offense) dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Ramon Gonzalez, 32, of 15 Leonard Ave, was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim and was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Thomas J. Ashe, 49, of 542 Rogers Ave., West Springfield, saw a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Robert-Jon O. McCann, 19, of 30 Rockland Drive, Brockton, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield Police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50.
Cameron J. Keenan, 19, of 250 Teresa Terrace, Lee, was ordered to abide by a “no trespassing” order issued by Westfield State University when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and a drug violation near a school or park brought by Westfield State University police.
