Michale D. Hacia, 23, of 248 Woodland Ave., Bloomfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Hunter R. O’Neill, 21, of 100 Parkside Ave., Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Barry E. Mains, 28, of 72 Coral St., Brockton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of violation of regulations established for use of public property acquired for use as hunting and fishing grounds and possession of a Class C drug brought by environmental police.
Patrick A. Bowe, 20, of 59 Ellis St., Westwood, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, improper operation of a motor vehicle and being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Chad E. Broughton, 36, of 14 Pinewood Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Carol J. Newton, 64, of 20 Eagle St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
