Kevin Augustino, 21, of 5 Maple St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop/yield, state highway-signal/sign/markings violation, speeding and failing to stop for police, brought by Westfield police.
Roxanne F. Black, 37, of 25 Tannery Road, Condo 7, was released on her personal recognizance pending a October 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace, brought by Westfield police.
Darcy M. Morrissette, 34, of 411 Montgomery Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an October 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Lynne I. Clarke, 46, of 36A Holland Ave., was found responsible and fined $50 for shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Stephen M. Galvin, 49, of 48 Woodside Terrace, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707, received a 45-day loss of license and ordered to attend a drug/alcohol eduction program after charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and charges of negligent operating of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
