Debra L. Gosselin, 56, of 276 Notre Dame St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and possession of a Class B drug brought by State Police.
Brandon J. Reynolds, 20, of 41 Norman St., Chicopee, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $150.
Bailey M. Cowles, 18, of 11 Bush St., Westfield, was placed on pretrial probation to resolve a charge of trespass brought by State Police.
Alexis Oquendo, 38, of 26 Elizabeth St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. Charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and strangling or suffocation were dismissed when the alleged victim claimed Fifth Amendment protection and refused to testify.
