Anthony J. Gagne, 19, of 182 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.

Kathleen Talbot, 36, of 58 Leitch St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police.

Sarah R. Felsentreger, 38, of 34 Portulaca Drive, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 6 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class C drug brought by State Police.

Chelsea C. Daly, 22, of 344 Beech Hill Road, Granville, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of distribution of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.

Shawn E. Ellinger, 40, of 363 Northwest Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield Police.

Christopher M. Storozuk, 39, of 1371 Riverdale St., West Springfield, saw bail imposed in January revoked after he was found to have violated the conditions of his release and he was held without right to bail for no more than 90 days. He had been arraigned on charges of possession of heroin, operating a motor vehicle in violation of his license class and speeding in excess of the posted limit and a hearing is scheduled for Apr. 20.

Dale W. Unsderfer, 33, of 48 Sunset Drive, Westfield, was released on $300 cash bail pending a June 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, vandalizing property and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.

Dale S. Morrison, 30, of 18 Wilson Ave., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim after an accord of settlement was reached.
