Jonathan C. Houston, 18, of 961 Blandford Road, Apt. 1216, Russell, was released upon his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery brought by Westfield police. Cayla R. Bliven, 30, of 21 E. Bartlett St., Apt. 4, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Scott A. Deschaine, 45, of 12 Fowler Ave., Westfield, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a victim 60 years-of-age or older with injury and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Joseph M. Munroe, 21, of 151 Sheep Pasture Road, Southwick, was held without right to bail pending a Dec. 26 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling brought by Southwick police. James A. Rogalski, 29, of 113 Franklin St., Apt. 2B, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Rogalski was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order.
