Joseph A. Allen, 29, of 609 Skyline Trail, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit and a marked lanes violation.
Klyn L. Cameron, 29, of 16 Fredrick St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Feb. 7, 2019. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Leah Jennings, 45, of 427 North Superior St., Farwell, Mich., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs in the amount of $50 by Feb. 7, 2019. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession and a motor vehicle lights violation.
