Kevin J. O’Brien, 21, of 67 Curtis Street, Hinsdale, was not prosecuted for a charge of trespassing brought by Westfield State University police.
James McKoy, 32, of 8 Phelps Avenue, was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a Nov. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and strangulation or suffocation brought by Westfield police.
Andrea Criscio, 29, of 101 Franklin Street, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50.
Michael J. Dennis, 35, of 160 Point Grove Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
