Orlando J. Roman-Rodriguez, 26, of 15 Dudley Ae., Westfield, was released on $10,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, threatening to commit a crime and two charges of intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
