10:02 a.m.: larceny, Charles Street, a resident came to the station to complain that her mother’s car was stolen from her address, the responding officer reports the complainant was transported to an address where the vehicle might be found but it was not there, an investigation was initiated;
11:57 a.m.: suspicious packages, King Street, a caller reports packages have been delivered to her house which are addressed to a variety of persons who do not reside there, the packages were returned to the post office;
7:07 p.m.: accident Hillside Road at Southwick Road, a caller reports a crash between a car and a bicycle, the responding officer reports one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and the bike was transported to the station for safe keeping;
8:41 p.m.: larceny, Springfield Road, a caller reports her wallet was stolen from her cart while she was shopping at a Springfield Road departments store, the responding officer reports the woman said that she left her wallet in the cart when she left the parking lot and it was gone when she returned to look or it;
10:39 p.m.: disturbance, Southampton Road, a bartender from a Southampton Road bar called to report that a customer had verbally threatened another person with a firearm and had showed the gun, a second caller reported that a customer went out of the bar after an argument with another patron and returned with what looked like a knife before leaving the area, the responding officer reports that the suspect had left the bar prior to his arrival but was identified, see next entry;
11:31 p.m.: arrest, Westwood Drive, Huntington, an officer reports that he responded to a Huntington address after State Police advised that they had checked the residence of a suspect in a disturbance at a bar and found the man there, Anthony John Loughran, 37, of 1 Westwood Drive, Huntington, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and for disorderly conduct;
11:42 p.m.: disturbance, West School Street, a caller reports that a male party who was stumbling on the sidewalk and appeared be intoxicated had yelled and threatened his group of pedestrians, the responding officers reports the man was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and he was placed in protective custody.
