Jonathan Melendez, 26, of 661 Union St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding the posted limit brought by Westfield police.
Warren E. Winarski, 43, of 24 Lakeshore Drive, Southwick, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 29 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police. In a second case brought by Agawam police, Winarski was released on $100 cash bail pending a June 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and larceny of property valued less than $250.
Miguel G. Fernndez, 74, of 10c Kasper Drive, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
