Christopher G. Miltmore, 41, of 20 Fernwood Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250 brought by Southwick police.

Peter E. Noga Jr., 24, of 37 Buschmann Ave., Westfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police dismissed by the court.

Joshua E. Redfern, 32, of 15 Demond Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.

Tracie L. Blakely-Buikus, 39, of 15 Demond Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.

David D. Wilson, 33, of 65 Wilmot Street, Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit brought by Westfield police dismissed by the court.

Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 29, of 36 Stuart St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of inhaling glue or intoxicants and trespass brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Krawczyk was again released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of inhaling glue or intoxicants.

Adam Bawwab, 25, of 495 Middle Turnpike East, Manchester, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug brought by Granville police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $50. Charges of carrying a firearm without a permit, possession of ammunition without an FID card and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.

Rachel K. Keiser, 23, of 27 Springdale St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and her license was suspended for 45 days.
