Mark P. Winch, 50, of 19 Jensen Lane, Granville, Mass., was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended and an uninsured motor vehicle, brought by the Granville Police.
Jonathan L. Westbrook, 26, of 76 Davis Road, Southwick, Mass., was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 19 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin, brought by the Southwick Police.
William C. Clark-Jones, 22, of 24 North St., Binghamton, NY, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operating of a motor vehicle, brought by State Police of Westfield.
Yuri Kontsemal, 26, of 36 Shannon Lane, Westfield, Mass., received credit for time served and received 11 months probation after pleading guilty to charges of trespassing, assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct; while charges of resisting arrest, assault with a dangerous weapon and second assault and battery on a police officer were dismissed, brought by the Westfield Police.
