Ahmad Field, 19, of 54 California Ave., Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a number plate violation brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted prior to arraignment.

Zachary J. Clapper, 21, of 1 Belden Court, Agawam, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted prior to arraignment.

William A. Brosseau, 24, of 19 Lockhouse Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by Westfield police.

Deasia N. Bell, 27, of 90 Canon Circle, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until May 31, 2018. She was assessed $105 and charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify herself were not prosecuted.

Michael J. Palumbo, 20. of 99 Tannery Road, Westfield, was found to be responsible for a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police.

Robert S. Beaupre, 41, of 22 Berkshire Drive, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a more vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a marked lanes violation was not prosecuted.

Jacob M. Samborski, 29, of 13 Laurel Ave., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was fined $50. He was also assessed $50.
