Demarinis, 57, of 387 Southwick St., Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Southwick police.
Lawrence J. Herring, 43, of 578 Main St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Ella J. Lakota, 20, of 20 Depot St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 9 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield State University police.
Gwyon T. Sutton, 43, of 21 Orange St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 and uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Lisa C. Irzyk, 36, of 7 Brian Drive, Hebron, Conn., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Granville police.
