Michael A. Bombard, 23, of 96 Congamond Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $400 and a charge of intimidating a witness was not prosecuted.
Vicente R. Alvarado, 32, of 34 Calhoun St., Springfield, saw charges of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed by the court.
