Rodney Bernard-Quinones, 20, of 98 George St., was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Heitor J. Cuevas, 32, of 72 Crane Ave. Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and speeding at a rate exceeded the posted limit brought by Westfield police.

Benjamin Santos, 34, of 14 Fort Ave., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon immediate payment of court costs in the amount of $50.

Desiree Mendoza, 33, of 30 Sylvan St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.

Michelle L. Skop, 38, of 189 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and possession of a Class A drug brought by Southwick police.

Brandon S. Lane, 37, of 145 Adrian Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 21 months concurrent with a sentence imposed by the Holyoke District Court.
