Kara E. Barnes, 36, of 322 Montgomery Road, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Andrew J. Kirkpatrick, 34, of 810 Southampton Road, Apt. 8, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Brett S. O’Connor, 27, of 220 Springdale Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield brought by Agawam police. In a second case brought by State Police, O’Connor was again released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Donald K. MacLeod, 28, of 5 King Ave., Westfield, was held pending a Dec. 18 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery on a person 60 years-of-age or older, assault and battery on a family or household member and attempted murder brought by Westfield police. Nicholas J. Distefano, 32, of 2 Maria Drive, Westfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin, a subsequent offense, brought by Agawam police.
Derek L. Ritter, 45, of 9 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin, carrying a dangerous weapon and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
