Mitchell, 37, of 151 Sheep Pasture Road, Southwick was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a Jan 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being an accessory after the fact, possession of a firearm without an FID card and withholding evidence from a criminal proceeding brought by Southwick police.
