Felix Ponce-Torres, 51, of 2 Southampton Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

Leah K. Maynard, 51, of 14A Depot St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police.

Brett M. Geddis, 20, of 14 Laurel Ridge Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.

Guy A. LeClerc, 55, of 24 Myron St., West Springfield, was released on $500 cash bail pending a June 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.

Benjamin G. Balukonis, 21, of 63 Heggie Drive, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.

Gabrielle O. Duval, 28, of 81 Cherry St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50.

Kelsey Strong, 25, of 28 Sefton Drive, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $726.50. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
