Jose M. Roman, 36, of 28 Huron St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

Curtis J. Fitzsimmons, 30, of 421 Main St., Northampton, pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting by asportation and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 16 day term in the house of correction with credit for time served while awaiting trial. He was fined $250 which the judge ordered to be paid on or after incarceration.

George H. Correia, 47, of 35 Faxon St. Brockton, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 and he was fined $200. He was assessed $50.

Michael L. Rodriguez, 22, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license
and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

Dylan G. Hearon, 21, of 168 South Tessier St., Northampton, was released on $100 personal recognizance pending an April 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield State University police.

Omy J. Calderon, 22, of 28 Florida St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation special regulations brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.

Nashua Vazquez-Sanchez, 22, of 74 Carver St., Springfield, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a false pretense brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
