David Cianfarni, 52, of42 Cooley Road, North Granby, Conn., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of violations of a probate court abuse prevention order, violation of an abuse prevention order and possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card.

Michael S. Wilkins, 25, of 129Woodland St., Bristol, Conn., was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, vandalizing property and attempting to break into a depository, brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, vandalizing property and two charges of attempting to break into a depository. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, vandalizing property and two charges of breaking into a depository. In a fourth case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, vandalizing property and two charges of breaking into a depository.

Destiny Melendez-Gonzalez, 20, of 1 Beacon Ave., Holyoke, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $50 in court cost and a $50 assessment. Two charges of leaving the scene of property damage and two charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted.

Richard D. Oathout, 31, of 9 Sherman St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $1,500 in restitution.

Kevin T. Reynolds, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge possession of a Class A drug brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for one year, He was assessed $90.

Ronald P. Scroczky, 50, of 47 Foch Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
