Cynthia Pierce, 62, of 292 Buck Pond Road, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.

Derek A. Alamed, 30, of 40 Caitlin Way, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.

Karen L. Burgess, 31, of 20 Beckwith St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was ordered to be dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs by Nov. 28. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts Turnpike.

Alberto M. Amezquita Jr., 35, of 60 Sycamore St., Bristol Conn., saw two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of breaking into a depository and charges of vandalizing property and larceny from a building dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Amezquita saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, attempting to break into a depository, vandalizing property, larceny from a building and contributing to the delinquency of a child dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Amezquita saw two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of breaking into a depository and charges of vandalizing property and larceny from a building dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. Anthony R. Ditrocchio Jr., 38, of 10 Tammy Lane, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.

Joel A. O’Quinn, 32, of 120 Roosevelt Ave., Apt. 1, Springfield, saw charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery with knowledge of an active abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.

Kerri A. Ouimette, 30, of 14 Phelps Ave., Westfield, saw charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.

James E. Moore Jr., 51, of 79 Meadow St., Apt. 1F, Westfield was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan, 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family household member, assault and battery on a person 60 years-of-age or older and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
