Amy Savoy, 35, of no known address in Westfield, was found guilty in a jury trial of a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and was sentenced to an 18 month term (with credit for time served awaiting trial) in the house of correction with nine months to be served directly with the balance suspended with probation until June 19, 2020.

Michael S. Wilkins, 26, of 129 Woodland St., Bristol , Conn., saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, vandalizing property and attempting to break into a depository dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins saw two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges breaking into a depository and single charges of larceny from a building and vandalizing property dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins saw two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of breaking into a depository and single charges of larceny from a building and vandalizing property dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court. In a fourth case also brought by Westfield police, Wilkins saw three charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of breaking into a depository and a charge of vandalizing property dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
