Rene Hernandez, 22, of 153 Atherton St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield Police dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in excess of posted limits and for a marked lanes violation.

Daniel P. Donovan, 31, of 1222 Western Ave., Westfield, was found guilty of a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was assessed $100. He was placed on probation until Dec. 28, 2018.
Andrew R. Pierce, 32, of 30 Allen Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class B drug and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police.

Emily Barker, 22, of 317 South St., Holbrook, was placed on pre-trial probation until Aug. 14, 2018, after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield State University Police.
