, 57, of 74 Loveland Road, North Granby, Connecticut, received one year probation, 45-day loss of driver’s license, a $707 fine, and was ordered to attend driver’s education for charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and charges of negligently operating a motor vehicle dismissed for plea purposes brought by Southwick police.
Kristin L. Wheeler, 33, of 97 Elm St., Apt. 403, was released on her own recognizance after being arraigned for malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Patrick J. Ryan, 36, of 25 Crown St, #3, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of forged/misuse of RMV document and no inspection sticker brought by State Police Russell.
Juan F. Gonzalez, 41, of 62 Grew Ave., Apt A, Roslindale, had charges of driving with a suspended license dismissed after paying $300 and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Tiana Delgado,19, of 42 King St., was released on her own recognizance pending a July 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jason D. Garwacki, 40, of 47 George Loomis Road, Southwick, was released his own recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of felony breaking and entering during the daytime and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Javies Rivera, 22, of 47 Washburn St., Springfield, was ordered to pay $13,000 in restitution and received two years probation after charges of larceny over $250 from a person over 60/disabled were continued without a finding brought by Westfield police.
Michelle A. Galetta, 35, of 126 Union St, Unit 302, had charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Paul E. Muise, Jr., 26, of 125 Prospect St., Gilbertville was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family member brought by Westfield police.
