, 24, of 12 Eagle St., Southwick, was released in lieu of $500 cash surety pending an August 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of threat to commit a crime, vandalizing property and violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick police.
John Giannantoni, Jr., 39, of 38 Carol Drive, Manchester, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Emmanuel Golob, 18, of 16B Sunflower Lane, received six months pretrial probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after being arraigned on charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Willie J. Jackson, 34, of 144 Crescent Drive, Chicopee, received 60 days suspended sentenced with one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered not to drive without a license after pleading guilty at arraignment to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, amended to subsequent offense, and found responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Brian A. Annette, 18, of 134 Union St., Apt. 79, was sentenced to six months in the House of Correction with credit for time served and fined $90 after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, vandalizing property and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
Brandon L. White, 22, of 734 Western Ave., received one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, ordered to continue treatment and submit to anger management after charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer were continued without finding and charges of felony breaking and entering building nighttime, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Dillon R. Gariepy, 31, of 184 Susan Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
David J. Whitlock, 43, of 73 North Road, West Springfield, had charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim asserted her fifth amendment rights.
Andrey Kaplyuk, 22, of 11 Dubois St., Apt. 2, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, felony breaking and entering vehicle/boat daytime and two counts of larceny under $250 by false pretense, brought by Westfield police.
Glenn P. Young, 39, of 94 Meadow St., Apt. 1, received six months suspended sentence to the House of Correction, one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, fined $1,325 and ordered to remain alcohol free/submit to random drug/alcohol testing after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage (restitution to be determined), and received a concurrent six-month suspended sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to separate charges of using a motor vehicle without authority while charges of vandalizing property, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Valeriy M. Girich, 22, of 22 Hayre St. had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed and had charges of number plate violation to conceal ID, continued without finding, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $100.
Kevin J. Dean, 42, of 69 Court St., was released in lieu of $1,000 personal surety pending an August 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
