For the nineteenth year, The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield promotes the “Annual Downtown Trick or Treating.” The following merchants will display a sign in their window that “Trick-or-Treaters are Welcome Here.” These local businesses will be greeting and treating children in costume on Friday, October 26th starting at 4:00pm.
