WESTFIELD – Eileen S. (Hartnett) Olszewski, 64, passed away on December 5, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Newark, NJ to Edward Hartnett and the late Maureen (Dee) Hartnett. She worked as an assembler for Digital, JDS Uniphase, New Venture Technology and lastly for Coherent building lasers and retired in August 2016. She loved spending time with her family, vacationing in York Beach Maine, driving her VW Beetle, and shopping.
Eileen is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Gary S. Olszewski, her son Kevin M. Olszewski of Wilmington, MA, her daughter Kelly A. Palasciano and her husband Philip of Greenfield, her father Edward Hartnett of Minnesota, two sisters, Lisa Murray of New Jersey and Amy Carignan of Southwick and two cherished grandchildren, Natalie and Elliot.
Visiting hours for Eileen will be held on Wednesday from 3-6PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, flowed by a Funeral Service at 6PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private. www.firtionadams.com
