Eric P. Avery

WEST SPRINGFIELD: Eric P. Avery, 37, of West Springfield formerly of Westfield died Friday at home. He was born in Holyoke on April 7, 1978, lived in Westfield most of his life and was a graduate of the former Westfield Vocational High School, and United Truck Driving School. Eric was employed for several years as a commercial truck salesman at Balise Motors. He enjoyed camping, grilling, country music and spending time with his children. Eric is survived by his parents, John and Carrie(Redmond) Avery of Westfield, two sons, Kyle Avery and Broc Avery, three daughters, Sandra Crosier-Avery, Hanna Avery, Mackenzie Avery, and a step-daughter, Emma Rose Renaud, a brother Jason Avery of South Carolina, a sister, Alyssa Avery of Westfield, his grandmothers, Marjorie Dionne of Jacksonville, FL, and Katherine Avery of Westfield, and a nephew, Austin Royland; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Eric was predeceased by his grandfathers, Welcome Avery and Edward Redmond. His funeral will be held on Thursday at Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St., Westfield at 1:00pm.Calling hours will precede the funeral from 10:00am until 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery will be private.
