Adult Color, Chat & Cookies: Looking for something to do on a summer evening? You may want to come to the Southwick Public Library on Monday, July 15 starting at 6:30 p.m. to color. All materials are supplies. The air conditioner will be on and we will have cookies and tea and coffee.

Drone Photography Program: Professional photographer Jamie Malcolm-Brown will be at the Southwick Public Library on Wednesday, July 17 at 7 p.m. Jamie will be showing photographs he has taken of Western Massachusetts, including Southwick, using his drone. At the end of the program, weather permitting, the audience will go outside and Jamie will give a drone demonstration. This program is made possible with funding from The Friends of the Southwick Public Library.

Cookbook Club Embraces Fast Cooking: The Adult Cookbook Club will meet at the Southwick Public Library on Tuesday, July 23 at 6 p.m. This month the participants will be bringing dishes they cooked using Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything Fast. Copies of Bittman’s book are available to check-out at the Southwick Public Library. You may sign-up at the library’s Circulation Desk. Instructions for advising the library of the recipe you wish to make will be given to you when you sign-up. Please be advised: Neither the food served at cookbook club, and prepared in home kitchens, nor the facilities have been inspected by the state or the local public health agency.
