The Agawam Garden Club has planned a seed starting workshop for its first meeting of the season. The workshop will be held Tuesday, March 12th at 6:30PM at the Agawam Senior Center, 954 Main Street. It will be led by one of our own members, Frank LaMontage, who will demonstrate how to start seeds indoors for outside planting and also talk about saving seeds for the fall. Bring milk or juice cartons or small deli containers to plant in; soil and seeds will be provided by the club. All meetings are open to the public and are not restricted to Agawam residents only. For members, annual dues of $15.00 can be paid at this March 12th meeting.
