Music Sandwiched In Returns to WSPL
Saturday, March 2nd from 12:00-1:00PM. Bring your lunch to the Library as we kick off 2019’s Music Sandwiched In concert series with Áine Minogue.
Born and raised in Borrisokane, County Tipperary, Ireland, Áine Minogue is a multi-award winning harpist, singer, and composer who has traveled and performed around the United States and the world, and has entertained the likes of presidents and prime ministers. Her music can often be heard on the major networks as soundtracks to some of America’s favorite shows, and her performances explore the themes and rich essence of traditional Irish music, mythology, and poetry.
Music Sandwiched In is the West Springfield Public Library’s annual lunchtime concert series. The series is sponsored by the Friends of Library and the Library staff, and is intended to appeal to and reflect the diversity of the West Side community.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch or a snack to enjoy during the performance. These performances are free and open to the public.
