WESTFIELD-Tolland author Barbara M. Hardie will lead an afternoon of inspirational messages from her three award-winning books on June 9 at Blue Umbrella Books.

Hardie’s lecture, free and open to the public, begins at 1 p.m. at the shop at 2 Main St.
Hardie, founder and director of Angel Connections, encourages area residents to attend if they have questions about angels, Heaven and our connection to both. She is an ordained spiritual minister, certified spiritual healer, medium and counselor, and certified master hypnotherapist.
Her 60-minute lecture will be divided into three segments – each centering on the highlights of her three books.
Her first book, Creating Heaven on Earth: A Guide to Personal Ascension, contains information on why the Soul was created and the “real” reason humans are occupying Earth.
“We will discuss the path the Soul takes in preparing for an earthly life, learning life’s lessons, and what happens upon our return to the Other Side,” said Hardie.
Other highlights from Creating Heaven on Earth include the “symptoms” of Ascension, how to become an Ascended Master in this lifetime or prepare for Ascension in a future lifetime, and what life on Earth will be like in the “near and distance futures.”
Her second book, Soul Releasement: Assisting Souls Into the Light, is a how-to book on assisting Souls into Heaven.
“For persons feeling fatigued or doing or saying things that are out of character, an earthbound (soul) entity might be using a person as a host,” said Hardie, adding there are steps to assist soul attachments into the Light.
In Soul Releasement, Hardie notes that the late singer Whitney Houston has experienced all phases of being an earthbound soul, an attachment, and spending time in the “Resting Area,” before being escorted to the Light.
“Whitney has shared the experiences of her journey with me for the purpose of this book,” said Hardie.
Hardie will conclude her program discussing her third book, Darkness: Where Does It Come From?, a channeled book which includes messages of encouragement from many of the ascended Beings of Light as well as John Lennon, Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson, Robin Williams, Princess Diana, John F. Kennedy, and his son, John F. Kennedy, Jr.
“Darkness is and has been all around us since the beginning of time,” said Hardie. “The reign of Darkness has finally ended and the Beings of Light have now come forward with multiple messages about what we need to do and what we can expect for the balance of our journey on Earth.”
During her book signing following the program, she will include a mini message from the Angels.
