WESTFIELD – The Friends of the Westfield Senior Center held its annual meeting this week at the senior center. Board members reviewed the fundraising and membership efforts of the organization during the past year. Certificates of Appreciation were presented to Don Wielgus for his photographic coverage of the group?s’ special events and Bill Thompson for his assistance with the formation of the Friends group and his development of the Treasurer?;s position. Board officers were re-elected by the membership and the initiation of a capital campaign was outlined.
