WESTFIELD – Hilda P. (Babiarz) Reilly, 94, (1927-2021) , of Westfield, Ma passed away at All American Assisted Living in Wareham, MA on Saturday, September 4, 2021. She was born on June 3, 1927 in Springfield, MA to the late Walter and Mary (Deptula) Babiarz . She was a 1944 graduate of the High School of Commerce and attended Bay Path College. Hilda was employed by Holyoke Card and Paper for many years and retired in 1992. She was also a part time receptionist of New England Dance & Gymnastics Center in Granby, CT after her retirement. Hilda was a member of the Polish Womens Alliance. Hilda was predeceased by her beloved husband John M. Reilly in 1991, a son Michael J. Reilly in 2003, and a daughter, Lynne Reilly in 2019.
She is survived by her loving children, Karen A. Jacobson and her husband Randy of Waterford, CT, Donna M. Kenyon and her husband William of Sandwich, MA, Stephen M. Reilly and his wife Susan of Grafton, MA, and John T. Reilly and his wife Bethany of Whately, MA and her cherished fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family would also like to thank Dr. Francis Murray and his medical assistant, Liz Calvao for their exceptional care for many years.
Hilda’s funeral will be held on Thursday from 9 AM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA 01085, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield. Burial will be private in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee.
