Southwick – Holly J. (Griswold) Norton, July 7, 1960 – December 9, 2018
Holly J. (Griswold) Norton, 58, of Southwick, Massachusetts, devoted wife for 33 years to Paul T. Norton, died on December 9, 2018 from injuries she sustained in an automobile accident in Granby, Connecticut.
Holly was born on July 7, 1960 and grew up in Avon, Connecticut; the daughter of Donald and Ruth (Sisson) Griswold. Holly eventually moved to Suffield, Connecticut; and for the last five years was a resident of Southwick, Massachusetts.
She was last employed as a Production Engineer in the field of fiber optics, most recently at Coherent, East Granby, Connecticut. Holly enjoyed making pottery, jewelry and enjoying NASCAR with her husband.
In addition to her husband of Southwick; and her parents who reside in Avon, Connecticut, Holly is survived by a brother, Robert Griswold of West Hartland, Connecticut; a sister and brother in law Anita and Steven Lowry of Leland, North Carolina; two nephews James Lowry of Suffolk, VA and Christopher Lowry of Windsor, Connecticut; a great nephew Jade Meakin of Colorado; and many extended family members and friends, including “Daisy”.
There will be an informal gathering of remembrance for Holly on Friday December 21, 2018 from 5 to 8 pm at Prince Thomas of Savoy Italian Club, Old Farms Road in Avon , Connecticut.
