Brain M. Giesing, 21, of 155 River St., West Springfield, was ordered to stay away from the victim and have no contact with him when he was released on $5,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.

Conni A. Henry, 46, of Sibley Avenue, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Daniel T. St. Jean, 50, of 15 Lincoln St., was released on $100 cash bail pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Joshua Kellogg, 20, of 10 Exchange Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Manuel Morales, 34, of 155 River St., West Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Manuel Miranda-Morales, 34, of 34 Norman Terrace, Feeding Hills, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police in 2005 dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation.
Daniel R. Darnell, 27, of 48 Mullen Ave, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Darnell admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of carrying dangerous weapon and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50.
Justin Guilmette, 22, of 22 Heggie Drive, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Kyle Hughes, 21,of 45 Barrister Circle, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Jason Hancock, 41, of 14 Oak St., Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. The court dismissed a charge of intimidating a witness.
Stephen M. Rogalski, 54, of 119 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass brought by Southwick police. He was found to be responsible for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250.
Corey L. Paquette, 25, of 1563 Bay Road, Amherst, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $500.
Andrew Santiago, 18, of 15 Leonard Ave., saw a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Tasha K. Vachon, 19, of 184 Carrington Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was fined $25.
Annie Chen, 19, of 65 Scenic Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield pole and was fined $25.
Kyle Lamoureaux, 22, of 1088 N. West St., Feeding Hills, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567 and his license was suspended for 60 days. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
