Richard A. Kaempfer, 24, of 6 Thomas Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Corey Mihalski, 22, of 194 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward Commonwealth witnesses and was released on $2,000 personal surety pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Scott M. Erwin, 43, of 131 North Lake Ave., Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and was found to be responsible. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Guy H. Wilson, 25, of 19 Lockhouse Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
David J. Mitchell, 30, of 44 Church Street pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass and was sentenced to time served since his arrest July 3.
Joseph M. Blais, 22, of 42 Church St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Wendy L. Waterman, 36, of 68 Point Grove Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for two weeks. She was fined $100 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Katie L. Baker, 29, of 20 Shepard St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
