James S. Burkott, 42, of 51 Hamilton Street pleaded guilty to two separate instances of trespass brought by Westfield police. He was fined $100 and assessed $50 for each of the two charges.
Mary K. Barcome, 47, of 142 Berkshire Ave., Southwick admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. She was assessed $50. A charge of breaking into a depository was not prosecuted.
Danile K. Obal, 26, of 115 South St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was fined $625, assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,000. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to yield at an intersection.
James J. Burns, 21, of 1 Kline Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty findings for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding, He was assessed $50.
Matthew C. Ferguson,, 21, of 2 Simonds Farm Road, North Billerica, saw charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a false RMV document dismissed prior to arraignment.
Bernardo Garcia, 38, of 275 S. Longyard Road, Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property, larceny of property valued less than $250, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police.
Chelsea Bargalla, 18, of 130 Sackett Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 60 years of age or older brought by Westfield police.
Timothy C. Healy, 38, of 8 Glasgow Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Jason M. Laguerre, 35, of 625 Grattan St., Chicopee, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $100 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection.
Megan Fernandez, 36, of 114 New Broadway St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $100 court fee. She was found to be not responsible for a state highway marking violation.
Mark Wheeler, 45, of 179 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the victim.
