Albert G. Wallace III, 45, of 109 Beech Hill Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Granville police.
Justin Fitzmaurice, 20, of 2 Old Forge Road, Sandwich, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Jack K. Smith, 47, of 4 Windsor Circle, Easthampton, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Pjotr Ptselnikov, 23, of 126 Hillside Road was released on his personal recognizance pending an. Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police.
Wilmer Figueroa, 32, of 134 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Robert J. Thomas, 36, of 760 Pendleton Ave., Chicopee, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Aug 15 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and a charge of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, he was also was enjoined from making any threats or violence and was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Aug 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250.
Amie L. Flagg, 24, of 110 Middlefield Road, Chester, was held without right to bail after she was arraigned as a fugitive from justice.
Curtis W. Newton, 36, of 20 Eagle St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police was dismissed without prejudice.
Jesus M. Gonzalez, 34, of 35 Kellogg St., pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to time served awaiting trail since July 3. He was assessed $180.
Andrew J. Labombard, 24, of 242 Brainard St., South Hadley, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
