Marion Dauplaise, 51, of 49 George St., saw charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Joseph T. Garvey, 29, of 26 Otis St., saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court. In a second case brought by Westfield police, a charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony was also dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court. A charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 was not prosecuted.
Jarrett M. Hebert, 34, of 49 Pochassic St., saw a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim. In a second case brought by Westfield police, a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 was not prosecuted.
