Casondra M. Mattern, 27, of 143 Meadow St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of failure to yield at an intersection, failure to stop for police and for being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify herself brought by Westfield police.
Francis C. Cressotti Jr., 31, of 7 Cross St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.

Kashandra Ortiz, 18, of 8 Morris Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
Wes T. Kellogg, 41, of 73 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, failure to notify the RMV of a name or address change and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Amanda Beaulieu, 32, of 253 Wahconah St., Pittsfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Jose G. Olmo, 44, of 58 Paul Revere Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of failure to return leased property brought by a Westfield property rental business.
Brett D. Colson, 24, of 15 South Loomis St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Connecticut resident.
Sean H. Solek, 24, of 147 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Connecticut resident.
James H. Gagnon, 48, of 306 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Travis W. Hall, 19, of 208 Beekman Drive, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Rebecca L. Hobbs, 35, of no fixed address in Holyoke, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $90. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, she pleaded guilty to charges of distribution of a Class C drug and distribution of a Class D drug and was again placed on probation for one year. She was assessed an additional $90.
Louis Rodriguez, 21, of 165 Switzer Ave., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a lights violation and was assessed $5.
Omar Perez, 27, of 18A Hampshire Heights, Northampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
